Upon receiving the transformer at the factory, Pandhar Electrical Engg. conducts a thorough visual inspection and electrical testing to determine the root cause of the failure. Based on the findings, we decide on the necessary rehabilitation actions and provide an estimated delivery date.
If required, the core and coil (active part) of the transformer are removed from the tank for detailed inspection. Depending on the damage, we either repair or completely manufacture new coils to restore functionality.
Next, we upgrade or service essential components, including noble parts, accessories, and other auxiliary equipment. The active part is then dried, placed back into the tank, and refilled with fresh oil. A high-voltage test is performed to ensure optimal performance.
After passing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), the fully restored transformer is ready for delivery. If needed, Pandhar Electrical Engg. can also arrange transportation to and from the site, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our clients.
